About
Join us for day 4 of the journey along the Fife Coastal Path towards St Andrews. On this stage we will walk 7 miles, starting from Silver Sands beach, Aberdour, passing Burntisland, an attractive, historical town with cafés, shops, accommodation, a sandy beach, summer fair and museums.
We will walk on to Kinghorn along the great expanse of Burntisland beach and Pettycur Bay. You will pass the monument to Alexander III, who fell to his death nearby in the 13th century. Up in Kinghorn you will have stunning views no matter what the weather. Often people see whales swimming in the Forth from this vantage point.
